The experience at Britannia Bodywork and Wellness center was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr Kaur to anyone interested in healing their body and mind. Dr. Kaur was pleasant, informative and gave me the most amazing massage I have ever had. I also experienced the Shirodhara treatment; warm oil poured over your forehead. The warm oils, the method of massage, and the final step of steaming off the toxins from your body is a must to experience for your well being. If you are serious about feeling good in your life, try the Ayurvedic treatments. From head to toe, I was floating when I left the clinic. Make sure you don't have anywhere to go after your treatment. Your hair will be covered in coconut oil, however, when you wash it out, your hair is like silk. I will be returning for more treatments and I will be telling all my friends about this amazing experience.
