Always have good selection and competetive pricing but the girl with the black lab is consistently rude. Owners need to check her attitude...literally no reason for it. I see some other reviews and owners 'sorry not sorry' dissmissive attitude about staff rudeness probably means its condoned. I do believe the Indigenous woman when she says she was judged. I can very easily see that happening with most of their staff. Minus the one girl who is always nice....
Very nice and helpful staff at this location. Great assortment of both cat and dog items. Lots of dry food choices only a few raw items.
To be fair, I was pleasantly surprised at their selection of toys, food, and treats! I was in the market to buy all new things for my new pup!But the shop itself is set up poorly and the staff was horrendously rude towards me the whole time I was there.There seemed to be no real organization for cat/dog/other animal supplies. Bags of food are sort of off to one end, accessories and treats for dogs...well...they're spread all over. I did realize it must have been a restock day? Employees were bringing things in and rather than ask politely, gruffly gave me some harsh looks and pushed past me.I also don't know if it's because I'm a young Aboriginal woman, but the staff watched me very closely through out my shopping trip. At one point my fiance was going to come down to pick me up and bring our Frenchie to pick out some toys and treats. My phone happened to die before I gave the address. I politely asked if I could "plug my phone in for just a moment," and explained I needed to text my fiance. But then all the staff looked at each and shook their heads and rudely told me "THIS IS A BUSINESS." And was given the most rude looks and body language gestures. They REGRETTABLY let me charge it for 2 minutes, acting very sour and rude. They ended up making me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome at their shop, I finally told my fiance to pick me up somewhere else. I had fallen in love with a leash set and picked up some things my baby needed and I left. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There was one staff that sweetly asked me how I was doing a few times, but I had never felt so unwelcome in a store I was willing to do quite a lot of business with.Never again. Do no go unless you want to pay for overpriced products and to be treated less than a human being.
Lovely store, I love their selection in crates, beds, and cat trees, more than most stores Ive seen. And I love their selection in foods, they have some you cant find in bigger stores. All the girls there are very knowledgeable and always friendly. Please keep up the good work!!
I was pleased to see this store open yesterday! It was my lil fir babies 1st birthday and wanted to get her a treat. The ladies where amazing and cheerful and helpful. They made a suggestion for a treat... and let me tell you... she loves it!!! Thank you so much for your help yesterday. Great customer service ladies!!! And your smiles are infectious! Yay for Inaba Churu... Miss Sid's new treat.
